How long does it take for a home inspection report to be prepared?
Horizon Home Inspection utilizes a fully computerized inspection reporting system that will be delivered to you the client at the time of the inspection. The report will also be offered in a CD format and digital photos will be included of the maintenance items if any are found.
When do I call for a Horizon Home Inspection?
A home inspector is typically called right after the contract or purchase agreement has been signed, and is often available within a few days.
Should I be present during the inspection?
We recommend that you be present at the time of the inspection from start to finish. However Horizon Home Inspection offers E-mail and Fax capabilities to the clients that cannot show up and or are out of town at the time of the inspection process.
What if I have questions after the inspection?

What Qualifications does a home inspector need in Arizona?
In Arizona all home inspectors have to have a state certification and will perform all inspections in accordance with the standards of practice of the state of Arizona – American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). A copy of these standards will be provided in your Horizon Home Inspection report.
